About this event

PRSA Philly's virtual Lunch & Learn series is designed to be group conversations exploring topics relevant to communications professionals working in corporate, agency and consulting environments.

The series features industry-leading experts from across the country delving deeper into topics we should all be well versed in as communicators. Each Lunch & Learn series is followed by a Q&A session, and we encourage attendees to continue the conversation by exploring the topic and its implications within your team and organization.

Join the PRSA Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania chapters for this collaborative Lunch & Learn. It’s no secret that non-profit organizations must do more with less across-the-board to support their communities. This also extends to the communications function.

How can non-profits secure increased news coverage and social media buzz with far fewer resources? This expert panel will offer up their secrets for success:

- Tapping into the importance of partnerships and collaboration to utilize outside resources
- Making sure that content can be repurposed in a variety of ways
- Sharing shoestring budget wins
- Building and maintaining community roots

Speakers:
- Jason Lee, public relations and marketing specialist, Overbrook School for the Blind
- Dwendy Johnson, community relations supervisor, Gift of Life Donor Program (member of PRSA Central PA Chapter)

Moderator:
- Stephanie Byrwa, director of marketing and communications, Shriners Children’s Philadelphia
